this subject is possibly one of the most magically tedious. It involves the transfiguration of objects/animals, alchemy, summoning etc. However not much is easily done by students, and only very simple examples of such things are studied in the first and second years.

| Royal Castle
Where the royals of Xanderwall 'live'. It is of late used more as a debate scene between varius nobles. Occassionally grand balls are held here, and other social events.

Varius stalls line the streets, practically anything ban be bought here, as long as the right price is shown. However the authenticity of such anything is often debatable.

| Berekly Vale
One of the more respectful tavern/inns that occupy Xanderwall. The owner, a cheerful and highly respected man, though he can be a bit of a rascal at night.

| The Bleeding Feather
Now of course where there is a good respectable tavern/inn, there must always be it's sleasey counter part. The Feather would be that in a nut shell, and the owner in question is about as greasey as they get. But at the very least he's honest about it. Plans have been made to change the name, as it was originally simply the feather, a bar esclusively for Pennatus. However when Revus Tilby bought the bar, he thought it too fluffy, so with red paint on the front sign he scrawled 'bleeding', as it was cheaper than buying a new sign. It is however to most locals still known as 'the feather'

| Guild building
This is where the guilds gather. The building rivals the size of the the main castle, having many of skirts even that which travel under ground to make room for the different guilds. There are many allready established guilds, but if one has the itch to start a club of their own, and has the depth in pockets to rent the room, they are more than welcome.
